2. Social Security Card

3. Copy of marriage certificate

5. Children birth certificate (if any)

4. Copies of petitioner and spouse passport

6. Lease or mortgage showing joint occupancy

7. Financial record showing joint relationship such as saving, checking, federal state tax return,   insurance policies, joint utility bills

8. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people
