Documents required

You need to bring information on both you and your siblings:
1. Copies of passport (page with nonimmigrant visa needed for siblings)

2. Copy of your naturalization.

3. Copy of your social security

4. Two color photos each

5. Copies of birth certificates

6. Address of employment in last 5 years

7. Address of resident in last 5 years

8. Your parents' names and their date, city, and country of birth (if known). Also their current city and country of residence.
